• Fire Chief Cade Hall
  Introduced the new Assistant Fire Chief, Austin Meuli, and provided details about a structure fire that occurred over the weekend in the Country Club area.

• Eric Queller, Emergency Manager
  Discussed the replacement of nine emergency sirens, including three that will feature Voice over IP playback capability.

• Michael Martinez, Deputy Village Manager

  • Gave an update on the 603 Mechem Workforce Housing Project, noting that all homes are on site and ready for final installation.

  • Reported that utility installation for the project is expected to resume after the holidays.

  • Reminded residents that SBA disaster loans are once again available for those affected by the fires and floods from this past summer.

• Adam Sanchez, Public Works Director
  Provided an update on the water line project in the Country Club subdivision, noting that the work will impact just over 100 customers.

  Discussed lighting upgrades to the main runway and future airport plans, which include constructing new “Box” and “T” hangars.
