• Mayor Crawford & Village Manager Sena: Discussed the successful AspenFest parade and post-event at Wingfield Park, the agenda for Tuesday's Council meeting, and the upcoming November election.

• Adam Sanchez, Public Works Director: Provided updates on water and sewer repairs in Perk Canyon and Starlight. He also mentioned that street striping projects in Paradise Canyon, Hull Rd, Gavilan Canyon, and Country Club will be starting this week.

• Cade Hall, Interim Assistant Fire Chief: Talked about the Homecoming Bonfire on Wednesday, Fire Prevention Month, and preparing for the winter season.

• Eddie Ryan, Manager of Events & Strategic Partnerships: Announced that the Iron Man event will come to Ruidoso next summer, on July 12-13.

• Alex Koenig, Community Development Director: Updated on short-term rentals and the potential for an app to help identify and report them.

• Kidie Thornton, Humane Society: Shared that the shelter is at full capacity and emphasized pet adoption needs. She also highlighted ways to support the shelter by shopping or donating to the Thrift Store, volunteering, and walking dogs.

• Stephanie Long, Wingfield Heritage House Manager: Announced the Wingfield Heritage House Museum’s opening and the Ribbon Cutting/Open House event on Thursday, October 17.

• Police Chief Lawrence Chavez & Deputy Police Chief Steve Minner: Addressed traffic issues during the AspenFest parade and responded to a listener's question about a possible stolen vehicle on Paradise Canyon Rd on Sunday.
