July 29, 2024: In this episode, Mayor Crawford, Village Manager Ron Sena, and Public Works Director Adam Sanchez discussed ongoing fire and flood recovery efforts, addressing questions about flood control, water outages, and debris removal. They emphasized the importance of residents completing the Right of Entry form online for state assistance with debris removal. Deputy Police Chief Minner and Lieutenant Urban introduced and swore in new officer John Lund. Eddie Ryan, Manager of Events & Strategic Partnerships, discussed the Under a Mountain Sky concert series, Xterra and Iron Man events scheduled for 2024 and 2025, and the Jets and Jalopies event in September. The new Community Development Director, Alex Koenig, was also welcomed by the Village staff and community.
