June 12, 2023: Topics this week: The June 17-18 Party in the Pines and Brewdoso event at Wingfield Park and Tattoo Expo at the Ruidoso Convention Center, Village baseball and softball tournaments, the reopening of the renovated pickleball courts, and information about the NM Child Safety Seat Distribution Program. Project updates were provided for the Paradise Canyon Rd and Country Club road works projects. Kidie Thornton, Humane Society of Lincoln County, talked about their Resale Shop’s Annual Sale and involvement in several murals projects. Ruidoso Police Chief Lawrence Chavez provided a weekly police update and explained why the school zone lights are still active because of Summer School and other activities.​
