1. Adam Sanchez (Public Works Director):

   • Discussed plans to divert the river in the Upper Canyon for access to sewer manholes that need cleaning or replacement.

   • Addressed plans for bridge repairs around the Village, which have been affected by recent fires and floods.

2. Michael Martinez (Deputy Village Manager):

   • Provided updates on the progress of the 603 Mechem project.

   • Talked about the new Elk Meadows project on Mechem, next to PNM.

3. Kerry Armijo (Secretary, NM Health Care Authority):

   • Called in to discuss the upcoming Cabinet In Your Community event at the High School this Saturday.

4. Eddie Ryan (Manager of Events & Strategic Partnerships):

   • In the studio to promote this weekend’s Motor Mountain Weekend event.

   • Introduced Steve Andrus (XTERRA Americas Tour Manager), who phoned in to officially announce the XTERRA triathlon event coming to the Village in August next year.

5. Police Chief Lawrence Chavez & Deputy Police Chief Steve Minner:

   • Discussed the auto accident that occurred late Saturday night on Gavilan Canyon Road.
