July 24, 2023: In this episode, Mayor Crawford and Ron Sena discuss the recent storms and the positive effects of cleaning the silt at the bridges around the race track, enabling better water flow. Also discussed was the removal of river debris in the Upper Canyon. The upcoming special council meeting includes a public hearing for a new beer and wine license for La Salsa Kitchen and an agreement with the Village's water rights attorney. Matthew and Sydnee from Parks & Recreation share updates on successful marathons and softball tournaments hosted by the Village, along with news on the new hiking trail construction. Adam Sanchez, public works director, gives updates on sewer projects and debris removal from the river. January 9, 2023: This week, Adam Sanchez, the public works director for the Village of Ruidoso, visited the show to inform us of plans to improve Sudderth and Upper Canyon. Village Clerk Jini Turri shed light on the council meetings and streaming options available. Tim Roberts reported on the Wingfield House Heritage Center and Convention Center. Fire Chief Joe Kasuboski and forest director Dick Cooke discussed fire prevention and forestry thinning projects, while Judi Starkovich, finance director, talked about Village budgeting and GRT. Chief Lawrence Chavez outlined holiday police activities and the upcoming Citizens Police Academy.

January 24, 2022: Mayor Crawford was out this week, but Ruidoso Convention Center Manager Tim Roberts filled in with interviews of some Village directors. Rodney Griego shared the success and achievements of the Parks and Recreation Department. Forestry Director Dick Cooke discussed upcoming fire season concerns with regard to the below-normal snow season so far and how the Ball Park fire demonstrated the success of forest thinning efforts. Utilities Director Adam Sanchez provided updates on the sewer rehabilitation project. Also discussed was the FEMA Geotechnical Bridgework scheduled to begin January 26.
